The Wayne County Department of Public Health will be conducting a H1N1 vaccination clinic at Schoolcraft College on Saturday, November 14, 2009. Schoolcraft College is located at 18600 Haggerty, Livonia 48152. The clinic will be held in the Physical Education building, which is located near the southeast area of the campus.

* A Pre-Registration Immunization Consent Form (print, fill out, and bring with you to the clinic)
* Additional Wayne County Clinic dates
Saturday’s clinic is expected to be busy, potentially with long waiting lines. The Health Department is stressing that the H1N1 vaccinations being administered at the clinic are intended for Wayne County residents in the following target groups:
* Pregnant women
* Persons who live with of provide care for children less than 6 months of age
* Individuals 6 months to 24 years of age
* Adults 25 to 64 years of age with underlying medical conditions
* Health care workers and emergency personnel
