The Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) program at Churchill High School is calling all students in grade 4-8 who are interested in exploring theater, dance or vocal music.

A special CAPA Performing Arts Camp has everything a future star performer would want to discover! The camp will be held 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 11 at Churchill High School, 8900 Newburgh Rd., Livonia. The cost is $25 and includes classes, lunch, snack, a show program and a camp T-shirt.

Hosted by CAPA program staff and current students, CAPA Performing Arts Camp allows students to get hands-on experience in their area of interest – theater, vocal or dance. There will be a performance for parents and family at 2 p.m.  capa sign

Eighth grade students may use CAPA camp participation as their audition for acceptance into the CAPA program in the fall of 2017. The CAPA program is an educational opportunity that’s available to all qualifying high school students in Livonia Public Schools who wish to experience an intense and disciplined study of the arts.
