FROM THE JACKSON CENTER PTA PRESIDENT:

The PTA Executive Board would like to welcome each family to Jackson Center. Whether this is your first year or last year with us, welcome to Jackson Center!

We have a very strong and active PTA here at Jackson Center. Did you know that Livonia has the largest PTA membership in Michigan? Many wonderful programs have been made possible due to our PTA and volunteers. I am hopefule that this can continue through the year and into the next.

We would like to share with you some of the PTA activities and resources provided to Jackson Center children and staff:

• FULL FUN WEEK
• UPLAND HILLS FARM ANIMALS
• ANNUAL SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR
• "READ TO ME" PROGRAM TO PROMOTE READING
• ICE CREAM SOCIAL
• OVER 350 DIE CUTS AND MACHINE
• AED
• PLAYGROUND PAINTING & MUCH MORE!

In order for us to be able to continue to provide these programs and enrichment experiences, we need YOU! We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become an active member of our PTA. Becoming a PTA member is a rewarding experience and a great way to meet other families, as well as teachers, that touch our children's lives. 

We also need volunteers!! There is a volunteer form in the yellow PTA packet you should have received from your child's classroom. Please take a moment to review.

You may pick up membership envelopes in your child's classroom or in the front registration office. All PTA correspondence may be dropped off in the front office in our wooden mailbox labeled "Jackson Center PTA."
