The Franklin Transition Program The Franklin Transition Program is designed to provide students with cognitive impairments, who are receiving a Certificate of Completion (not a diploma), a high school experience which is meaningful and appropriate for each student. A priority is placed upon maintaining a safe environment with a caring and supportive staff. Students are encouraged to expand upon prior knowledge through maturation and daily instructional activities. Mission Statement The Franklin Transition Program is committed to providing a supportive, educational atmosphere where students acquire life skills and the self-esteem necessary to become contributing citizens in their communities.
