Welcome!  My name is Michelle Adams and I am so happy to be a second grade teacher at Buchanan Elementary.  I love learning along with my students each day.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University.  I also received a Master of Arts in Teaching degree in Reading and Language Arts from Oakland University.   I have been teaching at Buchanan since 2001, and I am so impressed how the community works together to benefit our students.  When I'm not in my classroom, my favorite things to do are reading, spending time with my family, traveling, watching Broadway musicals, and swimming.
