Beth Babcock

Hello!  My name is Beth Babcock and welcome to Community Work Experience.  This is my sixteenth year teaching for Livonia Public Schools and my third year teaching at the Western Wayne Skill Center.  I earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University and a master's from Marygrove College.  I have an endorsement in cognitive impairment and a minor in health.

I am very excited to work with your son/daughter!  In order to meet student’s individual needs, it is important that open communication exists between teachers and parent(s)/guardian(s).   As the parent(s)/guardian(s), you know the learning styles and what motivates your son/daughter.  I hope that we can work together as a team so that your son/daughter has a positive & successful learning experience in the Community Work Experience Class.   Parent(s)/Guardian(s) if ever a question or concern arises please feel free to contact me anytime.  When contacting me; it is most beneficial to do so through the use of email (ebabcock2@livoniapublicschools.org).  If emailing is not possible or inconvenient for you, please feel free to call (734) 744-2810).  The best time to reach me via phone is from 7:30-8:00, 11:20-11:45, or 2:00-2:20.
