Mrs. Kristina Collyer
My educational journey began in Livonia where I attended Livonia Public Schools from kindergarten through twelfth grade and graduated from Stevenson High School. I am a Madonna University graduate and received two master’s degrees, one in Educational Leadership and the other in Autism Spectrum Disorder. I began teaching at Coolidge Elementary school eighteen years ago, where I taught first, second and third grades. Following that, I moved to Randolph Elementary where I serviced the students, staff, and parents as the Elementary Support Teacher. I then had the honor of becoming the Assistant Principal at Cooper Upper Elementary for the last four years.
My husband, Dan and I, enjoy parenting our children, Ian, who is currently taking classes and playing football at Kent State University and Ava, a ninth grader, who is on varsity pompon at Stevenson High School. We are proud of their accomplishments. I look forward to getting to know your family and I will strive for open, ongoing communication. I welcome the opportunity to team with you, making sure your child’s years at Coolidge Elementary School are pleasant and productive.
