Hello!

Welcome to Grant Elementary!  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  This is my 23rd year of teaching in Livonia Pubic Schools.  This is my third year at Grant Elementary as an Elementary Support Teacher, previously I have taught both fifth and sixth grades.  I am married and have three daughters.  My oldest daughter Devin graduated from University of Michigan and is now working in Washington DC.  My daughter Morgan graduated from Michigan State University medical school and is now a resident at Beaumont in Trenton.  My youngest daughter is presently attending Michigan State University.  

In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to music, exercising, riding bikes, swimming and hanging out with family.  We have two pets, a dog named Finnegan and a cat named Ponyo.  

I have an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University, a Master's degree from Eastern Michigan University and an Ed. Specialists degree in Educational Leadership from Oakland University.

I have a life long love of learning and strive to foster this love in others.  I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of our students better.  I am really excited about being a part of the Grant School Community.  We have a beautiful school and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.  Let's have a great year full of learning!!
