Hello!

My name is Mr. Alcorn, and I am the music teacher here at Coolidge, as well as at Buchanan for the 2020-2021 school year. This is my second year teaching in LPS and my second year teaching in elementary schools. Prior to this, I was teaching high school band programs on the west side of the state. 

I am originally from West Bloomfield and went to Walled Lake Northern High School, and I am a Grand Valley State University graduate with my Bachelor's in Music Education and Music Performance, with my primary instrument being clarinet.
