This week in ELA 10, we've been working on the foundations of argument writing. Students took notes on how to write strong claims, and then read three articles on the topic "Unplugged: Smart Phones" to practice identifying different claims and evidence.
Finally, tomorrow (Wednesday, 9/11), students will be writing a 2 to 3 paragraph informal argument. That assignment is posted on Google Classroom, along with an MLA formatting template that students can type directly to. It should be turned in on Google Classroom.
