My class is designed to give our students the oppotunity to try a variety of individaul and team sports throughout the year. Students are taught the fundamentals of each sport, following a progression of skills to be able to play the game as a class. We will learn a variety of sports and activities during the year, including; Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Floor Hockey, Baseball/Softball, Tennis/Pickleball, Bowling, Outdoor Yard games and more. We follow a daily stretching routine and promote a healthy lifestyle with opportunites for cardiovascular activities.
