Mrs. Belczak’s School Supply List 2019/2020                     

If possible, please send in the following items for your child. Please try to send them in for the first day of school.  Thank you for your help! 

• 2 - 1.5-inch, white, 3-ring, clear view binders
• 1 - Sets of 5 dividers 
• 1  Pencil pouch with holes to go in 3-ring binder
• A spare change of clothes for warm and cold weather. Please make sure your child’s name is on the tags just in case. 
• A daily snack (labeled) from home (separate from lunch) 
• If your child is not fully potty trained we will also need diapers/pull-ups, wipes, and any other items needed to assist your child with use of the restroom
• If your child is potty trained an extra set of underwear in case of an accident
• Ticonderoga #2 pencils
• Pack of dry erase markers
• 24 pack of crayons
• Pack of washable markers
• Ziplock bags (gallon and sandwich size) 
• Family Picture
• 3 pack large Glue Sticks
• Pack of sheet protectors
