Hello, Rosedale Elementary!
Rosedale Elementary School is fortunate to have many strengths within our school and community. First and foremost, the atmosphere at Rosedale is welcoming, which provides a warm, positive learning environment for all students, staff and visitors. Teachers are in the hallway welcoming the students as they enter the classrooms, and Mrs. Sutton is in the front office welcoming all visitors who enter the building. Our diverse family population provides our community so much support. Rosedale’s staff members are highly-qualified and dedicated educators.
Teachers and support staff are focused on using priority standards in order to deliver quality, differentiated instruction to all students. Teachers use a variety of methods to communicate with families, such as Dojo, backpack mail, email, newsletters, phone calls and student assignment books. Rosedale is fortunate enough to have a strong community volunteer base. We partner with the Livonia Rotary Club, Costco, a local church, Madonna University, Churchill High School, Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as local retirees and parents to provide additional academic support to our students.
Parents can apply for free/reduced lunch/breakfast online using any device that connects to the internet, including smart phones.
We are looking forward to a wonderful school year. Please refer to our website for information, and call our office with any questions.
