I grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin about 20 miles south of Green Bay.  Yes, this means I'm a Packer fan!!  Manitowoc is right on Lake Michigan so now that I'm in Michigan I like to visit Ludington as often as possible and wave to my family on the other side of the lake!  I went to college in Minnesota at Winona State University for Athletic Training and continued on to Western Michigan University for graduate shcool.  I began working for the Univeristy of Michigan out of grad school and worked there as an athletic trainer for 12 years before I decided to make the move into teaching here at Livonia Career Technical Center.  I teach the Health Care Foundations and Sports Medicine classes at LCTC.
