Welcome to Ms. Taddia’s Fifth Grade Class!

School Supplies: Here are a few items that I feel are important to have for the school year. If possible, please have these supplies to school by Friday, September 6th

• 5 - Two-pocket colored folders3 - SINGLE subject spiral notebooks
• (70 pgs each) Please DO NOT send 1 GIANT notebook
• 1 - Composition Notebook
• Earbuds or small headphones for the computer
• Colored Pencils

• 2 - boxes of tissues

• Disinfecting Wipes

• Pencils & Extra erasers

• 2 - Large glue sticks

• Set of markers

• Sticky notes

• 2 - Colored pens

• 2 - Dry erase markers

• Pencil sharpener

• Scissors

• 2 - Highlighters

• SOFT supplies bag instead of a box works best due to limited space

• I small/medium sized basket for organization in their lockers is helpful

Donations: These donations to our class would be greatly appreciated but are not required:

Rolls of paper towel

Ziplock bags (sandwich, quart, and gallon)

Dum-Dum Suckers (reading incentive)

Lifesavers (individually wrapped) peppermint or wintergreen only

Hand Sanitizer
