Hello there,

My name is Michael Juncaj and I am a 6th Grade Teacher here at Cooper Upper Elementary. This will be my second year here at Cooper and my third year of teaching. Before I came to L.P.S., I spent my time while obtaining my Bachelor's in the classroom as a guest teacher in multiple districts such as Royal Oak and Novi. I student taught in both Ferndale and Troy School Districts, too. Despite the amount of backgrounds and demographics I have spent my time with, I still love to meet new minds and work with our community to aid in growing our love for learning. I am also currently finishing up my Master's program at Eastern Michigan University

In my spare time I like to keep active by exercising, spend time working on my house, playing video games, practicing guitar, going to concerts, YouTube binging, taking walks and hanging around my dogs, and sipping on Dunkin Donuts coffee. You can also find me gallivanting in malls and Target!
