Welcome to the LMC!

My name is Teresa Marlatt and I am eager to begin my ninth year at Cooper. I spent the last seven and a half years as the Information Technology (I.T.) Teacher. I've been a Technology Educator in Livonia Public Schools for 16 years. I love the tech field as it's constantly changing and presents exciting opportunities for learning. Last Fall I became the Media Specialist in the LMC and I am loving the combination of media, tech and books!

Each student comes to LMC once a week for 60 minutes.

The mission of the Livonia Public Schools Library Media Program is to ensure that students become life-long learners who use information, literature, and technology to create, communicate, and collaborate effectively. In our library, we teach students to collaborate with others, create new ideas, and communicate their thoughts!

Our digital work is driven by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards and The Michigan Integrated Technology Competencies for Students (MITECS)
