Welcome to Churchill High School.

Mr. Otto has been in the education field since 1988.

He has bachelor's degrees in education and middle school development, and a master's degree in teaching.

Mr. Otto is certified grades 5-12 in English and all social sciences(self-contained), and is eligible for his K-4 certification.

His academic interests are sociology, anthropology, psychology, and the history of literature.
