Hello! My name is Jennifer Medellin and I have worked for Livonia Public Schools for 20 years. I have spent all of those years at Buchanan Elementary and I feel lucky to still be here. I love this school and the people that work in it. 

I was born and raised in Livonia and I take pride in that and our community. I attended Livonia for elementary school and cherish those memories. I still live in Livonia and am so proud to raise my kids in this community. 

I received my Bachelor's degree at Eastern Michigan University and my Master's degree at Marygrove College. I have a Science major and a minor in Art. I am a huge lover of animals and nature and I try very hard to incorporate those passions into my teaching daily.
