Mrs. Julie Francis
Dear Randolph Families,
Hi! My name is Mrs. Francis and I will be your child’s kindergarten teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. Welcome to Kindergarten! The kindergarten teachers and the entire Randolph staff are very excited to learn and grow with you this school year!
I believe that instilling a love of learning within an environment that encourages risk taking, reciprocal respect, and fun is the key to educational success.
This is my 26th year of teaching! I love my job! Each new year is exciting and new. It is filled with laughter and learning and growing. Having four children of my own, I understand the important role a teacher plays in a child’s academic and emotional life. My oldest son, Jake, is 28. He is a supervisor at GM and will be getting married on October 25th. Max is 23 and is working as a commercial electrician. He just got engaged so another wedding will be in the works soon. Sam, just turned 16, and is starting his sophomore year in high school. My youngest, Maggie, will be starting high school this fall, Needless to say, I have a very busy household!
Kindergarten will be an amazing year of learning for your child. I am honored to be a part of it. Together we will work to teach, encourage, support, and inspire your kindergartener. I am looking forward to meeting you and collaborating with you to make this year successful for both you and your kindergartener.
I believe that open communication between families and school is essential to a successful educational experience.
If you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me by emailing me at jfrancis2@livoniapubicschools.org; or calling (734) 744-2770, or by jotting a note on the pink communication page in your child ‘s Red Take Home Folder.
Get ready for a wonderful year!
Mrs. Francis
