Mrs. Ann Marie Tracy
Welcome! I've had the honor to teach at Franklin High School since 1996. Prior to that, I taught at the Western Wayne Skill Center (1991-1996) and Highpoint Center in Ann Arbor (1990-1991). I am currently the Co-Department Chair for the Resource Room program. I will be teaching in the Resource room for student drop-in support. In the past, I've co-taught in math, science, and ELA and have been the SSD coordinator for Collegeboard. I have a bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan in the area of Special Education k-12, a minor in art education k-8, and a master's degree in the Art of Teaching. I am the staff advisor for the Drawing Club.
A little about me- My husband Dean and I have two children- Madeline, (and her husband Keon) and Clare who is a junior at Franklin. My family enjoys exploring through hiking, swimming, competitive go-karting, and fishing. I love digging in the dirt, hanging out with our two Great Danes, fishing, drawing, and really anything that requires a creative process. I am inspired by the process of learning and look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new students.
