Ms. Tina Otter

I started working at the Jackson Center in October 2008 as a CDA in the childcare program. I started working as an instructor in the childcare program in 2017. I am a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor of science in elementary education.

I have two sons who also graduated from the Livonia Public Schools.
