Hello and Welcome!

My name is Megan Urben and I will be your child's teacher for the 2019-2020 school year here at Jackson Early Childhood Center! I teach two classes; Creative Play on Tuesdays from 9:30-11:00 and Discovery for 3's on Wednesdays from 1:00-3:00. 

Let me tell you a little bit more about myself. I have worked for Livonia Public Schools since 2014. I grew up in Redford but moved to Livonia to finish up my high school years at SHS! I graduated in 2016 from Madonna University with a Bachelors in Child Development. I live in Westland with my husband Tim; we just celebrated our 2 year anniversary in August. Together, we have a 14 year old Golden Retriever named Crystal. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to visit my family, watching football, and doing DIY projects around the house.
