Facility Use Department Information

  • Livonia Public Schools is now renting our facilities to groups.  Please be sure to read the facility use forms/guidelines then complete the application below for processing. 

    The completed Building Use Permit Application, a certificate of insurance (as explained under Facility Use forms, Permit Warranties), along with a check for the application fee should then be mailed to the Facility Use Department, 15125 Farmington Road, Livonia MI  48154.  Questions: email FacilityUse@livoniapublicschools.org 

    If you are interested in renting any of the Performing Arts Centers (auditoriums) at any of the three high schools, please email cpackard@livoniapublicschools.org with your request.
