My name is Gary Mann and I am the Criminal Justice instructor at the Livonia Career and Technical Center.  In 2018, I retired from the Dearborn Police Department after 25 years of service. As a police officer, I was fortunate enough have worked in numerous assignments that provided me with many great experiences.  I participated in this program when I attended Churchill High School, and I credit this course to giving me the confidence to pursue a career in law enforcement.  I look forward to working with the students and learning together as we share our experiences.
