Hello parents and students! My name is Jennifer Vertin. I will be teaching Pre-Nursing/Pre-Medicine for my second year here at the Livonia Career Tech Center this year. A little background information about myself: I graduated from Henry Ford College in 2004 and have been practicing as a surgical nurse for the past 15 years. I have experience in Oncology nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Cardio-Vascular Nursing, and step down unit. I am currently attending Eastern Michigan University. I am married and have three children. My two older children attended the Livonia Career Tech Center while attending high school. I do have a younger child who attends the LPS also.
