• Scholarships & Financial Aid

    • Seniors!  Remember to start filling out your FAFSA form beginning October 1st of your senior year.  To get the most financial assistance for college, your FAFSA must be turned in no later than Michigan's deadline of March 1st.

The FAFSA form is available to students and parents to complete through the myStudentAid mobile app and the FAFSA.gov website.  You can download the myStudentAid app in the Apple App Store (iOS) or through Google Play (Android).

Before you begin, you must create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID at this LINK.  The FSA ID consists of a user-created username and password to electronically access personal information on Federal Student Aid Web sites.  You can use your FSA ID immediately to sign your FAFSA, but you must wait for the Social Security Administration (SSA) to verify your information before the FSA ID can be used to create a renewal FAFSA, make corrections to your FAFSA, or view your Student Aid Report (SAR).

If you need help, please see this step-by-step tutorial called 7 Easy Steps to the FAFSA.  We also recommend reviewing the Federal Student Aid at a Glance publication provided by the U.S. Department of Education.
