Permission Slips


    In order to participate in any after school activity, students must have a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian. Students can go to the Main Office to pick up a paper copy to take home, or, parents / guardians can use the link below to complete the permission form electronically.

After School Movie

  • Sponsor:  Mr. Strzempka (

    Peiodically, Mr. Strzempka will host an After School Movie.

    The first movie this year will be Johnny Tremain on Tuesday, October 4, 2021.  The location may vary depending on how many students sign up.

Blanket Making Club

  • Sponsor:  Mrs. Barry (

    The Blanket Making Club will meet from 3:00-4:00pm in Room 1 every other Monday, beginning on October 4.

Book Club

Craft Club

  • Sponsors:  Ms. Sutherland ( & Mrs. O'Connor (

    Craft Club will meet on the following dates in the LMC from 3:00-4:00pm in the first semester:

    This club has a limit of 30 student per session.  A signup will be sent the week prior to each session.  Students must have an after School Permission form on file in order to attend.

Dodgeball Fridays

  • Sponsor:  Mrs. Woods (

    Dodgeball Fridays are held on the first and third Fridays of the month in the West Gym from 3:00-3:45pm beginning on October 1.

    There is a limit of 40 participants per session.  An email will be sent out with a link previous to each session.


  • The RoboHawks are a FIRST FTC team for 7th and 8th grade students attending Holmes. 

    The Holmes Robotics Team as well as the waiting list are full for the 2021-22 school year.

Student Senate

    Holmes is excited to announce that we will begin a Student Senate this 2021-2022 school year Beginning October 6.    

    What does Student Senate do?  Student Senate members are student leaders.

    Student Senate is a group of volunteer students working together with an adult advisor to provide a means for student expression and assistance in school affairs and activities. Student Senate gives opportunities for student experiences in leadership and encourages student participation in their community and school.


Walking Club

    Anyone can join the Walking Club!

    We will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at the track, right after school, until 3:45pm beginning September 27.

    Be sure to dress for the weather!
