Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures
Posted by SHS Admin on 5/10/2022 9:00:00 AMDear Spartans
I would like to take this time to remind everyone of the expectations for morning drop-off and after-school pick-up. I know this can be a cause of frustration for some and everyone is looking for a quick entry or exit.
We enjoy a great relationship with the Church to the west of the campus. Students should not be dropped off or picked up on church property. They have events that take place throughout the day. Our additional traffic impacts their ability to run their operations. Please be respectful of this and find an alternate location to coordinate rides.
The Bus Loop may be used before or after LPS transportation runs. In the morning, prior to 7:00 am or after 7:15 am, the bus loop may be used. At the end of the school day, the buses leave campus by 2:30 pm. Anything after the LPS buses have left is acceptable.
Stevenson Highway, which is the entrance off of Curtis Road from the north, is accessible in the morning until 7:45 am. It is not accessible after school.
Thank you for your support.
