    Welcome to Churchill High School's Counseling Department webpage. Our goal is to provide information on topics important to students and their families. Students can access information including test dates, making post-Churchill plans, information on the MME, ACT, and SAT, career exploration, financial aid, and much more.

    Need to meet with someone in the Counseling Office?  We're available to meet via Google Meet, phone, or answer questions by email.  If you have an emergency, please go directly to the Counseling Office for help.

Carli Scholarship


CAP Scholarship

  • Churchill Athletic Patrons (CAP) Scholarship

    CAP will be accepting applications for its annual scholarship. It will award 8 senior student athletes $1000 each to assist in financing their continuing education. 

    This year CAP has added a "wild card" scholarship. Of the applicants not chosen, one of those students will receive a $1000 scholarship by blind draw. Every qualified applicant has a chance to win. Details can be found on the CAP website: Churchill Athletics Patrons (chs-cap.com)

    Deadline is April 20, 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.

PTSA Senior Service Scholarship

  • Churchill PTSA is excited to offer our annual $250 scholarship to one of our graduating seniors this year!
     
    The applicant must be a member of PTSA.
    The attached application and supporting documentation are due by April 21st.
     

Frost PTSA Scholarship

  • Frost PTSA Volunteer Scholarship
     
    This is a single scholarship valued at $500, which will be awarded to a graduating senior who attended Frost Middle School.  The scholarship winner will be someone who has displayed exemplary community service throughout their academic career.  Completed packets must be returned to Frost Middle School no later than Friday, April 21, 2023.  Submission instructions are provided in the packet.
     
    We have dropped the requirement for a student to include their high school transcript in the application packet.  However, we are likely to contact your High School Counselor upon receipt of all applications to verify GPA accuracy.  Students do need to submit 3 staff or community leader recommendations, using the forms linked below.

Financial Aid presentations

  • High school students and their families are encouraged to join this live virtual presentation to learn general information regarding college financial aid able to be used no matter what college or university students plan to attend. Topics include the elements of financial aid, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), sources of financial aid, private resources available, and more!
