See Yourself in LPS

While Livonia Public Schools is not a school of choice district, we have run a Limited Schools of Choice program for the past few years. This program is approved by the Board on an annual basis, typically in mid-February.

The Livonia Public Schools Board of Education will vote on February 18 to approve the Limited Schools of Choice program for the 2025-2026 school year, in which Section 105/105c Schools of Choice applications are accepted for a limited number of seats at specified grade levels. Limited Schools of Choice is open to residents of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties.  We will accept applications for our traditional schools, Niji-Iro Japanese Immersion program and Webster's Academically Gifted and Talented(ACAT) program.  Please note that Niji-Iro and Webster ACAT  have additional testing requirements.  The application window if  approved by the Board of Education would be from March 1-March 31, 2025
