REGISTRATION OPENS UP ON MAY 13, 2026
CLASSES RUN JUNE 15 - JULY 16
Course selection must be verified with your counselor BEFORE you register.
Only one registration per student is allowed, and no changes can be made once you click SUBMIT. Duplicates will void out all registrations. If you made a mistake, you must contact your counselor to make the change.
Registration will close by 12:00 noon on June 9 so class assignments can be worked on.
On June 12 by 5:00 pm you can check your student portal for class assignments.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
To see the full class assignment, please check your portal on a computer. Phones and other smaller devices using the App will not show the full course code which is necessary to describe the days you are properly assigned.
There will be two periods of classes -
Period 1: 9:00-11:30am & Period 2: 12:00pm-2:30pm.
For Hybrid/Online courses only - The full course code is necessary to describe the days you are assigned for the In-Person/Asynchronous days. There will be a Monday/Wednesday in-person with the alternate days being asynchronous; and there will be a Tuesday/Thursday in-person with the alternate days asynchronous. “M” indicates that your attendance is required in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays and “T” indicates your attendance is required in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For example, if you have CHS-ELA9-2M, this tells you that your class is at Churchill High School, your class is ELA 9, you are scheduled for Period 2 on Mondays and Wednesdays In-Person, with Asynchronous days on the alternate days.
FULL Attendance is mandatory to earn credit.

Hybrid/Online and In-Person Classes Offered
All In-Person classes are held at Churchill High School.
Hybrid/Online classes are held at Stevenson High School for SHS students, and at Franklin High School for FHS students, and Churchill High School for CHS students space permitting.
Hybrid/Online classes meet In-Person 2 days per week at your assigned high school lab, space permitting, and work 2 days per week asynchronously. Days will be assigned for specified lab and remote days.
Hybrid/Online courses are not NCAA eligibility approved.
No lunch or water will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring their own water bottle.
